VIP is currently the world's most advanced thermal insulation material, with very low thermal conductivity, compared with traditional thermal insulation materials, has the advantages of thin insulation layer thickness, small size, light weight and environmental protection and pollution-free production process.

Vacuum insulation Panel (VIP) is a new type of thermal insulation material, which is composed of porous core material, getter and air blocking film. The porous medium is to reduce the heat conduction of the VIP as much as possible, the gas blocking film is to ensure the vacuum environment created to minimize the heat conduction and convective heat transfer caused by the gas , the getter is to absorb the gas and water vapor released by the outside world into the VIP and the core material, and continue to maintain the vacuum condition. At present, the core material of VIP used in buildings is mostly fumed silica.
